During my stay at Rossli Gourmet & Spa, I was astounded by the exemplary service provided by the staff, going above and beyond expectations. Their exceptional willingness to assist, including one staff member staying late to ensure the safe arrival of my misplaced bags, truly set this hotel apart. The attention to detail in the amenities was outstanding; from the well-appointed rooms with parquet floors to the serene terrace overlooking the lake and charming chapel, every aspect was meticulously thought out. The cozy sitting area in my room provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures in the Alps. The wellness area with its inviting warm pool and rejuvenating saunas was a haven of relaxation. The well-stocked mini-bar and electric kettle in the room allowed for added comfort and convenience, ensuring a truly luxurious experience. Rossli Gourmet & Spa not only excelled in providing top-notch accommodations but also delivered a memorable dining experience at the in-house restaurant. The delectable breakfast spread was a delightful start to each day, with a variety of fresh bread, cheeses, and other treats, served with a friendly smile.
